Welcome. We are honored you are considering joining us for our women's retreats. Our renewal retreats are intentionally designed to create a safe, peaceful, and restorative space for women to rest, reconnect, and be renewed. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review the following retreat cancellation policy carefully. By registering for this retreat, you agree to the terms below.
Your space for our renewal retreats is reserved once payment has been received and confirmation has been sent. Because we secure accommodations, meals, transportation (within a 35-mile radius of 30312), and materials in advance, your registration allows us to prepare intentionally for you. Please note our retreat cancellation policy; payment plans must be completed one week prior to the women's retreats start date. All retreat fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
We understand that life happens, which is why we have a clear retreat cancellation policy for our renewal retreats. At the same time, please remember that retreat expenses are committed well in advance.
If you need to cancel your participation in one of our women's retreats:
- 45+ days before the retreat: Refund minus non-refundable deposit.
- 30–44 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the total retreat fee.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds available.
- No-shows or early departures: No refunds.
Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 14 business days.
Transfer Option:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another approved guest or transfer your payment one time to a future retreat within 12 months. All requests must be submitted in writing at least one week prior to the reserved start date.
In rare circumstances (such as severe weather, venue issues, low enrollment, or events beyond our control), we may need to reschedule or cancel a renewal retreat. If we cancel, you will have the option to transfer to a future retreat. Our retreat cancellation policy allows us to adjust the schedule, activities, facilitators, or accommodations as needed to preserve the quality of your experience at our women's retreats. Please note that we are not responsible for personal travel expenses incurred outside of the retreat fee.
By attending our women's retreats, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate. You are responsible for managing your own medications, health needs, dietary restrictions, and allergies. We do not provide medical services. In the event of an emergency, you authorize us to seek medical assistance on your behalf at your expense, in accordance with our retreat cancellation policy.
Participation in our women's retreats may include travel, group activities, shared accommodations, light movement, and outdoor experiences. By attending these renewal retreats, you voluntarily assume any risks associated with participation. You agree to release and hold harmless Renewing Mommy, its owners, team members, contractors, venues, and partners from liability for injury, illness, loss, or property damage arising from participation. Our renewal retreats are sacred spaces designed for rest and rejuvenation. Guests are expected to honor confidentiality, treat others with kindness and respect, follow venue guidelines, and contribute to a peaceful atmosphere. Please be aware of our retreat cancellation policy, as we reserve the right to dismiss a participant without refund if their behavior compromises the safety or well-being of others. We strive to create a supportive environment, especially during our women's retreats.
During our renewal retreats, we may take photos or short videos for marketing purposes. By attending these women's retreats, you grant permission for your image to be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the retreat, in accordance with our retreat cancellation policy.
Guests attending our women's retreats are responsible for their personal property. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, in accordance with our retreat cancellation policy and guidelines for renewal retreats.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations related to our renewal retreats or any other events due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events, which also apply to our retreat cancellation policy for women's retreats.
By completing registration and submitting payment for our women's retreats, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Participation Agreement, including the retreat cancellation policy.
